Brain Health & mental wellness

We have an amazing opportunity to share our path to brain health and mental wellness with music lovers all across the world who are seeking wellness.

We’ve learned to understand and accept our constant inner dialogue that sometimes suggests we’re “not good enough”, we “can’t do it”, and “no one will support you.” This is an ongoing internal dialogue that we’ve learned is not who we are.

We’ve found music, meditation, fitness, and community are keys to living happier, more fulfilled lives. The telling of our tales, albeit leave us vulnerable, start conversations with those who fear fighting for the life they want.

We're certainly no experts on the matter, but we're striving constantly to learn more about brain health and mental wellness and include experts in on the conversation. We have collectively suffered from panic attacks and depression, so to learn the appropriate language and response when discussing such matters is crucial for us, especially in the songwriting process.

It is our goal to start the conversation with individuals who fear speaking about their experiences and help connect with them through the the undeniable power of music. We’ve found in having the courage to start the conversation, others open up and share their experience in kind.

We’re not so alone as we may think.

If you ever have any questions, or just want to share your own journey with mental wellness, we'd love to here from you. And always are. If you are ever in doubt, stick with it. We are here for you, and there are people around you who love you.
